Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Paul’s Paws. By participating in our services, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

Payment Terms

  • Clients agree to pay for the services selected at the applicable rate.
  • Payment is due as per the agreed schedule for the selected program (please see below for schedule of payments)
  • All payments must be made via the accepted payment methods outlined by Paul’s Paws.
  • Failure to provide payment may result in the suspension of services.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Paul’s Paws understands that schedules may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring business sustainability. The following cancellation and rescheduling policy apply to all bookings:

Cancellations by Paul’s Paws

  • If Paul’s Paws needs to cancel a scheduled session for any reasonable reason, the client will not be billed, and we will make every effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Cancellations by the Client

  • More than 72 hours before the scheduled session: No charge, and the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled session: A cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged. Rescheduling is permitted, but the new session will be billed separately at the applicable rate.
  • Less than 12 hours before the scheduled session: No refund will be issued. Any rescheduled session will be charged at the standard rate.

Confident K-9

Confident-K9 Payment Terms

Booking in Packages – Confident-K9 sessions must be booked in packages of 4 or 8 sessions. Purchasing a package guarantees your scheduled sessions and commits you to the corresponding number of payments.

Payment Commitment – When you book a 4-pack, you are committing to 4 payments. When you book an 8-pack, you are committing to 8 payments, regardless of cancellations.

Rescheduling & Cancellations – If you need to cancel a session, you must reschedule within the duration of your package. Missed sessions cannot be credited toward future packages or other services.

Expiration of Sessions – All rescheduled sessions must be used before the end of your package period. Sessions cannot be banked or carried over to new bookings.

Payment Terms – All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise arranged.

Currency – All charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Urban Pup Academy

Urban Pup Academy Payment Terms

Booking in Packages – Urban Pup Academy sessions must be booked in packages of 4 or 8 sessions. Purchasing a package guarantees your scheduled sessions and commits you to the corresponding number of payments.

Payment Commitment – When you book a 4-pack, you are committing to 4 payments. When you book an 8-pack, you are committing to 8 payments, regardless of cancellations.

Half Day Adventure

Half-Day Adventure Payment Terms

Single-Session Booking – The Half-Day Adventure is booked per session at a flat rate. There is no multi-session commitment, and each session is billed individually.

Payment Upon Completion – All Half-Day Adventure sessions are billed upon completion, and payment must be made in full. No payment plans or terms are available.

Cancellations & Rescheduling – Our standard cancellation policy applies. If you need to cancel, you must rebook at the earliest available date. Due to the extended time required for this service, we cannot guarantee that rescheduled dates will align with your preferred availability.

Payment Terms – Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice.

Currency – All charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

SNIFFari

SNIFFari Payment Terms

Single-Session Booking or Subscription Option – The Sniffari can be booked as a single session or as part of a subscription package of 8 or more walks for added convenience and consistency.

Payment Upon Completion – All single-session Sniffari walks are billed upon completion, and payment must be made in full. No payment plans or terms are available.

Subscription Payments – For those booking 8 or more walks, payment is billed in monthly installments and must be paid on receipt

Cancellations & Rescheduling – Our standard cancellation policy applies. If you need to cancel, you must rebook at the earliest available date. Due to scheduling demands, we cannot guarantee that rescheduled dates will align with your preferred availability.

Payment Terms – Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice.

Currency – All charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
